കാമുകിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാൻ ഭർത്താവിനെ അനുവദിച്ചു; വിവാഹമോചനത്തിന് തയ്യാറായ ഭാര്യയ്ക്ക് ട്വിറ്ററിൽ അഭിനന്ദനം!

മൂന്നു വർഷത്തെ ദാമ്പത്യ ജീവിതത്തിനൊടുവിൽ കാമുകിയെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്യാൻ ഭർത്താവിന അനുമതി നൽകി ഭാര്യ. ഭോപ്പാലിലാണ് ഭർത്താവിനുവേണ്ടി ഭാര്യയുടെ 'ത്യാഗം'. ഭർത്താവിന്‍റെ വിവാഹമോചന ഹർജിയെ എതിർക്കാതെ തന്നെ അതിന് തയ്യാറാകുകയായിരുന്നു. ഒരേസമയം ഭാര്യയെയും കാമുകിയെ കൈവിടാൻ തയ്യാറാകാതിരുന്ന മനസ്ഥിതിയായിരുന്നു യുവാവിന്‍റേത്. എന്നാൽ ഇതിന് പരിഹാരം കാണിച്ചുകൊടുത്തത് ഭാര്യയാണ്. വിവാഹമോചനത്തിന് ഒരു വൈമനസ്യവും കൂടാതെ അവർ തയ്യാറാകുകയായിരുന്നു. അവരുടെ നടപടിയെ അഭിനന്ദിച്ച് ട്വിറ്ററിൽ നിരവധിപ്പേർ രംഗത്തെത്തി.

“നിയമപരമായി സാധ്യമല്ലാത്ത ഇരുവരുമായും ദാമ്പത്യബന്ധത്തിലേർപ്പെടാൻ അദ്ദേഹം ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു. പക്ഷേ ഭാര്യ വളരെ പക്വതയുള്ളവളാണ്, അവൾ വിവാഹമോചനം നേടി കാമുകിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാൻ സഹായിച്ചു,” കേസ് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന അഭിഭാഷകനെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ച് ANI പറഞ്ഞു. ഭർത്താവിന്റെ വിവാഹേതര ബന്ധത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് അറിഞ്ഞ ശേഷമാണ് യുവതി വിവാഹമോചനത്തിന് തീരുമാനമെടുത്തത്.

ജൂലൈയിൽ, സമാനമായ വിചിത്രമായ ഒരു കേസ് മധ്യപ്രദേശിലും സംഭവിച്ചിരുന്നു, ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഒരേ സമയം രണ്ട് സ്ത്രീകളെ ഒരേ 'മണ്ഡപത്തിൽ' വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. ഗ്രാമീണരുടെയും കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളുടെയും സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ എല്ലാ ആചാരങ്ങളും ഔപചാരികതകളോടെയുമായിരുന്നു വിവാഹം. ജൂലൈ എട്ടിന് ബെതുൽ ജില്ലാ ആസ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്ന് 40 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയുള്ള ഗോഡഡോംഗ്രി ബ്ലോക്കിന് കീഴിലുള്ള കെറിയ ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ ബെതുലിലെ താമസക്കാരനായ സന്ദീപ് ആണ് രണ്ട് സ്ത്രീകളെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചത്.

കെറിയ ഗ്രാമത്തിലെ ആദിവാസി യുവാവായ യുയിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ രണ്ട് ഭാര്യമാരുണ്ട് - ഒരാൾ ഹോഷങ്കാബാദ് ജില്ലയിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റൊരാൾ ഗോഡഡോംഗ്രി ബ്ലോക്കിലെ കോയലാരി ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ നിന്നും. ഭോപ്പാലിൽ പഠിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ഹോഷങ്കാബാദിൽ നിന്നുള്ള യുവതിയുമായി യുക്ക് അടുപ്പത്തിലായി. ഇവരുടെ പ്രണയത്തിനിടെ കോയലാരി ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കുടുംബം തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഇതോടെ മൂന്നു കൂട്ടരുടെയും കുടുംബം തമ്മിൽ പ്രശ്നമായി. ഇതു പരിഹരിക്കാൻ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഇടപെട്ടാണ് രണ്ടു യുവതികളെയും സന്ദീപ് വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനമായത്. രണ്ട് സ്ത്രീകളും സന്ദീപിനൊപ്പം ഒരുമിച്ച് ജീവിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറാണെങ്കിൽ, ഇരുവരും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കട്ടെയെന്നായിരുന്നു പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍റെ തീരുമാനം. പെൺകുട്ടികൾ ഇതിന് സമ്മതിച്ചതോടെയാണ് ആ വിവാഹം നടന്നത്.
