വിദേശ ഫണ്ടുകൾ മറ്റൊന്നിനും ഉപയോഗിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ് നിയമം. ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ ആണ് നിയമം എന്നത് ശുദ്ധ അസംബന്ധമാണ്. നിയമവിരുദ്ധ ഫണ്ടിംഗ് തടയുക മാത്രമാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമെന്നും നിയമവിരുദ്ധ നടപടികൾ തടയേണ്ടത് സർക്കാരിന്‍റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണെന്നും കിരണ്‍ റിജിജു പറഞ്ഞു.

ദേശീയ സുരക്ഷയെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഫണ്ടുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുവെന്ന പരാതികൾ ഉയർന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഇതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രമാണ് ചില നടപടികൾ എടുക്കുന്നതെന്നും ഒരു മത വിഭാഗത്തിനും എതിരല്ലെന്നും കിരണ്‍ റിജിജു കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു.
