വധശ്രമക്കേസിൽ ബിജെപി നിയുക്ത വാർഡ് കൗൺസിലർക്ക് 36 വർഷം തടവ് ശിക്ഷ

സിപിഎം പ്രവർത്തകൻ പി രാജേഷിനെ വധിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ച കേസിലാണ് ശിക്ഷ.1,08,000 രൂപ വീതം പിഴയും ഒടുക്കണം. 2007 ഡിസംബറിലായിരുന്നു പി രാജേഷിനെതിരായ വധശ്രമം നടന്നത്. തലശ്ശേരി നഗരസഭ കൊമ്മൽവയൽ വാർഡിൽ നിന്ന് തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടയാളാണ് യു പ്രശാന്ത്.

യു പ്രശാന്ത് ഉൾപ്പെടെ പത്ത് ബിജെപി പ്രവർത്തകർ കുറ്റക്കാരെന്ന് കോടതി കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. തലശ്ശേരി അഡീഷണൽ സെഷൻസ് കോടതിയാണ് വിധി പറഞ്ഞത്. 2007 ഡിസംബർ 15 നായിരുന്നു പി രാജേഷിനെതിരായ വധശ്രമം നടന്നത്.
