കുറച്ചുദിവസങ്ങളായി സുബിൻ സ്പാ കേന്ദ്രത്തിനെതിരെ ഭീഷണി മുഴക്കിയിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് ഒന്നാം തീയതി സ്ഥാപനത്തിലേക്ക് സുബിനും സംഘവും എത്തുന്നത്. പിന്നാലെ ജീവനക്കാരിയെ കത്തികാണിച്ച് ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തി ബലാത്സംഗം ചെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇതിന്റെ വീഡിയോയും പ്രതികൾ ചിത്രീകരിച്ചു. തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ 25,000 രൂപ ബലം പ്രയോഗിച്ച് വാങ്ങി മടങ്ങിപ്പോവുകയായിരുന്നു. കേസിൽ ആറ് പ്രതികളുണ്ട്. ഇതിൽ സുബിൻ ഉൾപ്പടെ മൂന്നുപേരെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. മൂന്നുപേർ ഒളിവിലാണ്.
