പതിനാലുകാരിയെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ച് ഗർഭിണിയാക്കിയ 43കാരന് ജീവിതാവസാനം വരെ ജീവപര്യന്തം

14 വയസുള്ള പെൺകുട്ടിയെ ലൈംഗിക അതിക്രമം നടത്തി ഗർഭിണിയാക്കിയ കേസിലാണ് ഒറീസ സ്വദേശി 43 വയസുകാരൻ മനു മാലിക്കിന് ജീവിതാവസാനം വരെ ജീവപര്യന്തവും ഒരു വർഷം കഠിന തടവും 60,000 രൂപ പിഴയും ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചത്. വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലായാണ് ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചത്. പട്ടാമ്പി പോക്സോ കോടതി ജഡ്ജ് ദിനേശൻ പിള്ളയാണ് ശിക്ഷാ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. പിഴത്തുക ഇരയ്ക്ക് നൽകാനും വിധിയായി.

ഇൻസ്‌പെക്ടർ ടി ശശികുമാർ, ഡിവൈഎസ്പി വി എം കൃഷ്ണദാസ് എന്നിവരാണ് കേസ് അന്വേഷിച്ച് കുറ്റപത്രം സമർപ്പിച്ചത്. കേസിൽ പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന് വേണ്ടി പബ്ലിക് പ്രോസിക്യൂട്ടർ അഡ്വ എ സന്ദീപ് ഹാജരായി. ചാലിശ്ശേരി പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് സബ് ഇൻസ്‌പെക്ടറും, പട്ടാമ്പി പോക്സോ കോടതിയിലെ ലൈയ്സൺ ഓഫീസറും ആയ എസ് മഹേശ്വരി പ്രോസിക്യൂഷനെ സഹായിച്ചു. കേസിൽ 24സാക്ഷികളെയും 37രേഖകളും ഹാജരാക്കി.
