വടക്കൻ കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രധാന ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിലൊന്നാണ് കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിൽ തളിപ്പറമ്പിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന രാജരാജേശ്വര ക്ഷേത്രം. പരമശിവന്റെ പല പേരുകളിൽ ഒന്നായ രാജരാജേശ്വരന്റെ പേരിലാണ്‌ ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. ശിവനാണ് പ്രധാന പ്രതിഷ്ഠ. കേരളത്തിലെ പുരാതനമായ 108 ശിവക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായി ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം കരുതപ്പെടുന്നു. ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയിലെ ശിവക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് പ്രധാന സ്ഥാനമുണ്ട്. മലബാർ ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിന് കീഴിലാണ് ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്.
