'അമ്മയുടെ വിവാഹേതരബന്ധം ശാരീരികവും മാനസികവുമായ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുണ്ടാക്കുന്നു'; മക്കൾ മനുഷ്യാവകാശ കമ്മീഷനിൽ

പരാതിക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് അമ്മയിൽ നിന്നോ അമ്മയുടെ സുഹൃത്തിൽ നിന്നോ ഭാവിയിൽ ദേഹോപദ്രവമോ മറ്റ് ഭീഷണിയോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ മീനങ്ങാടി പോലീസ് എസ്എച്ച്ഒയെ സമീപിക്കാമെന്നും കമ്മീഷൻ ജുഡീഷ്യൽ അംഗമായ കെ ബൈജുനാഥ് പരാതിക്കാരായ കുട്ടികളോട് നിർദേശിച്ചു. കുടുംബത്തിനുള്ളിലെ തർക്കവിഷയങ്ങളിൽ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് കമ്മീഷന് നിയമപരമായ പരിമിതികളുണ്ടെന്നും ഉത്തരവിൽ പറയുന്നു.

കുട്ടികളുടെ അമ്മയ്ക്ക് താക്കീത് നൽകിയതായും മാതാപിതാക്കൾ തമ്മിലുള്ള പ്രശ്നം കുടുംബ കോടതിയിലൂടെ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ നിർദേശം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും എസ്എച്ച്ഒ മനുഷ്യാവകാശ കമ്മീഷന് സമർപ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.
