സിപിഎമ്മും സിപിഐയും എന്ഡിഎയില് ചേരണം. കേന്ദ്രത്തില് നിന്ന് കൂടുതല് പണം കേരളത്തിന് ലഭിക്കുമെന്നും കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാര്ട്ടിക്ക് ബി ജെ പിയെ എതിര്ക്കാം എന്നും പക്ഷേ വികസനത്തെ എതിര്ക്കരുതെന്നും കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. അതേസമയം ലോകത്തിലെ നാലാമത്തെ സാമ്പത്തിക ശക്തിയായി ഭാരതം മാറാന് പോവുകയാണെന്ന് അത്താവലെ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു.

പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് രാജ്യത്തെ വികസനത്തിന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള സമഗ്രമായ പദ്ധതികളാണ് നടപ്പാക്കി വരുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
