ഇനി ഈ വെബ്സൈറ്റുകൾ തുറക്കാനാവില്ല; 67 അശ്ലീല സൈറ്റുകൾക്ക് നിരോധനം

നേരത്തെയും ലൈംഗികത ഉള്ളടക്കമായുള്ള സൈറ്റുകള്‍ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നിരോധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൂർണ്ണ നഗ്നതയോ അർദ്ധ നഗ്നനതയോ ചിത്രീകരിക്കുകയോ ലൈംഗിക ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുകയോ മോർഫ് ചെയ്ത ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്ത് ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റുകൾ ഓൺലൈനായോ ഓഫ് ലൈനായോ ലഭ്യമാക്കാൻ പാടില്ല എന്നാണ് 2021ലെ ഐടി നിയമഭേദഗതി വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിൻ പ്രകാരമാണ് വെബ്സൈറ്റുകൾക്ക് നിരോധനം ഏർപ്പെടുത്താൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. പുതുതായി 67 സൈറ്റുകൾ കൂടി നിരോധിച്ചതോടെ രാജ്യത്ത് 900-ത്തോളം അശ്ലീല സൈറ്റുകളാണ് ഇതിനോടകം നിരോധിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. നിരോധിച്ച സൈറ്റുകളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് പുറത്തു വന്നു.

ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ നടപടിയുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ടെലി കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷന്‍ വകുപ്പിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് വഴി പുറത്തുവിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിരോധിച്ച സൈറ്റുകളുടെ വിവരങ്ങളും സൈറ്റിലുണ്ട്. ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ നിരോധിച്ച സൈറ്റുകള്‍ ഇനി മുതല്‍ ഏതൊരു ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ ഉപകരണം വഴിയും ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കില്ല.

Summary- The central government has banned 67 porn websites in the country. The Department of Telecommunication (DoT) has issued a directive in this regard to Internet Service Providers. As many as 67 websites were banned on the basis of violation of the Information Technology (IT) Amendment Act, 2021, following the judgments passed by the High Courts.
